After an amazing week last week, we were able to promote 4 Distributors to Account Director!! We'd like to Congratulate Claire Sellers, Aaron Cartwright, Jessica Bloch, and Kendall Peterson for all of their hard work over the last couple of weeks to prove that they deserve to move to the next step.
Kendall definitely showed that she was ready for more responsibility when she took on the role of training Jessica when she was still new to the business herself! Since then she has been able to build great relationships with everyone and we know that she will be an amazing asset to our company. Jessica has only been with us for about 2 weeks but has already shown that she can maintain her attitude, even when having a rough day. Her student mentality is above and beyond and we expect great things from her.
Claire has an amazing "go-with-the-flow" attitude that took her to our San Francisco office to see how they do this in the Bay. This allowed her to learn from others and show her that no matter where you are or who your clients are, the same steps will get you to your goals and since she's been back she's been showing a consistent desire to learn and a drive to be the best. Aaron was definitely the hardest working guy in the office last week! He fell a little short of his goals, so he put in some overtime to achieve them. He knows that you don't always have to be the fastest car on the road, sometimes it's better to be consistent and keep both hands on the wheel to maintain the right focus to get you across the finish line.
